You're exhausted in a way that a good night's sleep stopped fixing a long time ago.
You keep telling yourself you'll slow down when things calm down. But things don't calm down. And somewhere along the way, you stopped feeling like a person and started feeling like a walking to-do list with a skincare routine.
You don't need more discipline. You need to figure out what actually fills you up — and start doing more of that.
That's what we do here.
Here’s the thing nobody tells you about burnout:
It doesn't always look like falling apart. Sometimes it looks like killing it at work, showing up for everyone, keeping all the plates spinning — and feeling absolutely nothing while you do it.
You're not someone who just needs to try harder or want it more. You're someone who has been giving everything to everything except yourself for so long that you've forgotten what it even feels like to be refilled.
And the cruelest part? Burnout convinces you that you need energy to fix the fact that you have no energy. So you stay stuck. You white-knuckle through another week. You tell yourself you'll reevaluate when things slow down.
They don't slow down.
But you can stop leaking the energy you already have. And that's where we start.
I’ve been exactly where you are. Twice.
Howdy!I burnt out as a corporate leader, and then again as an entrepreneur running a successful marketing company — the kind of success that looks great on paper and feels like nothing on the inside. It wasn't until I got hit by a literal truck that I finally had to admit what I'd been hiding, even from myself. Work had defined my entire adult life. I didn't know who I was without it.
So I started looking for answers. I studied the science of happiness, got certified by Harvard and Yale, and then — maybe more importantly — I actually lived by what I learned. My anxiety dropped from an 11 to a 2. I found hobbies and things that genuinely filled me up that had nothing to do with my job title or how useful I was to other people.
For the first time, I wasn't defined by what I did — because I finally knew who I was.
That work changed my life. And it's the exact same work I do with you.
Here’s how we work together:
The Energy Edit — 90-minute Intensive
In 90 minutes we map everything that's draining you and everything that quietly restores you, figure out how your nervous system actually wants to recharge, and build a regulation plan that's specific to you — not a generic wellness checklist, yours.
You leave knowing exactly what fills you up and how to build more of it into the life you're already living. This is the fastest transformation.
Over six weeks, a small group of high-achievers come together to go deeper — mapping their energy, discovering their play style, rebuilding the habits and rhythms that actually sustain them. It's part science, part summer camp, and entirely unlike any group program you've done before.
If The Energy Edit shows you the map, The Play Reset is the journey. This is where the real work happens.
The Reset — a 6-Week Group Coaching Program
The Missing Piece — Free Monthly Workshop
Every month I host a free live workshop for people who are done pretending they're fine and ready to actually do something about it. We talk about what burnout really is, why rest alone isn't the answer, and how to give your nervous system what it actually needs — using happiness and play science to get there.
If you're not ready to dive in yet, this is where we start.
Notes from the other side of burnout
“Christina saw me in my most burnt-out state and somehow managed to pull a positive outlook out of me. Through these sessions, she worked her magic, showing me what I was missing in my life — a sense of play. Let her be your guiding light, just as she is for me, and make the investment in your personal health and growth.”
— NH"Christina has a unique ability to take your muddled insecurities and worries and turn them into a clear action plan that helps you better navigate your life goals. She shines a light on what you need to feel more confident and at peace with your life. Through positivity and playful encouragement, she helps clients achieve their goals."
— DB“Playstate is an energy-restoring course to help you find new ways to connect to your authenticity, resource vitality, awaken to newness, refresh the mind and body and relax into oneself. I was in a state of freeze. I'm out of freeze now, and I attribute a big part of that awakening to this. Using play as a journey to get to presence — it's so much more accessible to so many more people.”
— DR. M“The most valuable part of our sessions was getting to the root of what I wanted to change, rather than simply putting a band-aid on the issue. Christina truly seemed invested in helping me achieve my goals by deeply understanding where I was coming from and where I wanted to go.”
— KHYou've been taking care of everything and everyone for a long time.
This is where you start taking care of you.
